
Terms And Conditions Agreement
Payment Terms
There must be a signed and agreed upon payment amount in writing by either mail in or e-mail. Payment is due at the time of the event. The method of payment can be cash with returned receipt. Money orders are preferable. I'm not setup to accept credit, or debit cards. Personnel checks are acceptable seven days in advance of the event, when requested.
Performance Time and Access
There must be an agreed upon time of access to the location, with a beginning and ending time of performance. I must have reasonable access to electrical power. If the event is outside I must have a shelter or tent to protect my equipment from the sun and rain. A contact person and number must be provided.
Customer Provided Audio and Video Equipment
I can not be responsible for damage to customer provided audio and video equipment. Customer must provide someone to operate and be responsible for their own equipment. It needs to be determined in advanced if my music source and devices are compatible with any customer provided equipment.
Web Page Services
Customer must provide the content information for design development. A separate agreement is required, if you will be doing only the web page announcement.
Master of Ceremony Services
A prearranged program in writing is required seven days in advance of the event.
Rights Reserved
I reserve the right to pack up and leave the event should things become morally unruly and disorderly.
Cancellation Requirements
Seven days to a 48 hours minimum notice of cancellation
